Weaving a new story for this land
This project focuses on rewilding and landscape restoration within an ancient wood pasture context. The work supports biodiversity recovery while respecting cultural and historic land use patterns.
The Brief
Our brief was to capture and tell the story of the magical landscape as it underwent changes over time. Furthermore, we looked at mapping the human landscape and working with neighbouring landowners to enable greater systemic impact and alignment of purpose with wider landowners in the region.
Our Approach
We had one on one meetings with landowners to understand neighbouring plans and aspirations, to find synergies and overlaps. We also captured the story of a changing landscape over time, and continue to collect footage every year.
